Chief Executive Officer

Andy Eardley has over 25 years experience in building businesses largely in the hi-tech and enterprise software sectors. Previously VP EMEA for QAD Inc, a leading global ERP provider, he has a strong track record of working with large multi-national customers, building software businesses internationally, and developing channel and product partner ecosystems in many countries.

Chief Technical Officer

Filipe Velosa has 20 years experience in creating and delivering successful software products and was a founder of Arquo. During years he specialised in building high volume document processing systems and has a long history of delivering high performance clearing and archival systems to financial services, retail banking, BPOs and public service organisations.

Non Executive Director

Alberto Gómez is Managing Partner at Adara Venture Partners, the leading early-stage venture investor in the technology industry across Spain and Portugal. He has more than 10 years of experience in venture capital and direct investments, as well as a specific focus on enterprise software, having been an investor and member of the board of numerous companies in the sector. Prior to Adara, Alberto was Managing Director of the corporate venturing unit of the Telefónica Group, and before that he held executive positions in financial management at Telefónica and as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley, and Merrill Lynch. He has an engineering degree from M.I.T. and an MBA from Harvard.
