Ongoing protection and disaster recovery

Arquo is supplied with its own in-built security infrastructure to govern user and group access rights. It can also be integrated with a client’s own enterprise security architecture, to delegate authorisation and authentication models set by other systems. Arquo also supports resource certification, digital signatures and confidentiality protocols.

ARQUObrowser, the archive’s retrieval tool, provides a secure and closely monitored mechanism for sharing selected enterprise information with customers, partners, suppliers and staff members. ARQUO APIs have been used to integrate with customer support systems like home banking and front-office applications.

Disaster recovery systems (usually off-site) are managed and maintained using standard procedures. All database and content files are replicated and stored using WORM technology to safeguard corporate information assets.
